1. Purpose of This Guide

Ashland F Community Association, INC (“the Association”) is committed to maintaining a community that is welcoming, inclusive, and compliant with all applicable fair housing laws. This Fair Housing Act Compliance Guide is provided to inform residents, owners, applicants, guests, and vendors of the Association’s commitment to fair and equal housing practices.

This guide is informational in nature and is intended to reflect the Association’s compliance with federal and Florida fair housing requirements. It does not constitute legal advice.

2. Fair Housing Policy Statement

Ashland F Community Association, INC complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act, which prohibit discrimination in housing-related activities.

Housing opportunities within the community are provided without discrimination, preference, or limitation based on any protected characteristic.

3. Protected Classes

In accordance with applicable federal and Florida law, discrimination is prohibited based on, but not limited to, the following protected classes:

The Association takes all such concerns seriously and will address them appropriately.

7. Reporting Fair Housing Concerns

Any individual who believes they have experienced discrimination within the community is encouraged to report their concern promptly.

- Community management

- The Board of Directors

- Appropriate local, state, or federal housing agencies

- Reports may be made without fear of retaliation.

This guide is intended to align with educational guidance provided by recognized fair housing organizations and professional property management resources. Residents are encouraged to review additional fair housing information available through government and housing advocacy agencies.
